Although I am not much of a photographer yet, I tend to tote my digital with me wherever I go. I am currently interning at SeaWeb and am a student of conservation at Yale University. I grew up in the pacific northwest and have always appreciated the sublime beauty of the rocky coasts. My preferred sites for vacation punctuate the sandy dunes of the Oregon coasts. The beaches of Washington, my home, teem with shellfish and crabs, seabirds, fish, and my personal favorite, geoducks. I hope to preserve the health and abundance of this biodiversity, and also share images of it via this photobank. When I get back home I'll be able to contribute more photos of my natural habitat, so, more to come!
